Here at K.B.L Aesthetics, we value your business and ask that you respect our policies. 

Booking Policy

• All appointments require a deposit 
• All remaining balances must be paid before service is started. 

Late,Cancellation, Reschedule & No Show Policy

• Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24 hours' notice.
• Any cancellations/reschedule/no shows made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a total loss of the deposit.
• All cancellations must be made via DM/ telephone/email.
• We will allow a 10 min grace period, after that you must reschedule and must pay another deposit.

Service Policy 

• No extra guest including children are allowed in the treatment rooms.
• Please!!!No phone usage during treatment unless it an emergency.
